Hoshi no Furumachi Chapter 38 and Regatta Chapter 12

I forgot to mention but Happy Easter! Here are two more releases for today! I rushed Regatta a bit to get back on schedule of a release every 3 days… On another note, Hoshi no Furamachi is great, hurry up and go read it!
