We chose Kimsufi for our dedicated server. And then apparently our server’s hard drive exploded. So the technicians at Kimsufi (OVH, actually) decided the way to fix it would be to tear our hard drive out of the server and put a new one in with a clean install. If we even want to try to recover anything, we have to purchase the (broken) hard drive from them and do the recovery ourselves. Nice.

But yeah, we lost everything in the past three months (well, not EVERYTHING thanks to Google-sensei…but we’re not going to go back and manually restore all the posts/comments even if Google-sensei has cached them for us).

Note: All members, especially any staff members who have registered in the past three months will have to re-register. If you already had an account but don’t remember what your password was three months ago, type in your username and ask the thingy to send a new password to your email.
